Job Title – Social Media & SEO Executive

Role Description

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy for investment platform across all major platforms, including but not limited to Linkedin, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and YouTube. 

  • Create engaging and visually appealing content, including graphics, photos, and videos, that align with the brand's aesthetic and voice. 

  • Write compelling and on-brand captions, hashtags, and descriptions that will drive engagement and encourage followers to take action. 

  • Monitor social media metrics, analyze performance data, and use insights to improve the brand's social media presence and drive sales. 

  • Engage with followers and respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner. 

  • Identify and collaborate with influencers and micro-influencers to create sponsored content and boost the brand's visibility. 

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices and recommend new strategies to enhance the brand's social media presence. 

  • Conducting on-site and off-site analysis of web SEO competition.

  • Using google analytics to conduct performance reports regularly.

  • Creating high-quality SEO content.

  • Assisting with blog content.

  • Leading keyword research and optimization of content.

  • Keeping up-to-date with developments in SEM.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field. 

  • 1+ years of experience in social media management, preferably in real estate or investment banking. 

  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, including Linkedin, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube. 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to write engaging captions and interact with followers in a professional manner.

  • Experience creating visually compelling content, including graphics, photos, and videos. 

  • Ability to analyze social media metrics and use data to drive performance. Strong project management skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. 

  • A strong understanding of the industry's trends and best practices. 

  • Experience working with influencers and creating sponsored content is a plus.

  • Extensive experience in SEO.

  • Working knowledge of Google Analytics.

  • Good knowledge of back link analysis.
